SHR Group, Inc. completed an extensive restoration project at 143 80th St, Jackson Heights, Queens, NY, a multi-unit residential building located within the LPC-designated Jackson Heights Historic District. The project involved comprehensive repairs to the building’s façades and roof. The scope of work included brick and limestone restoration, façade cleaning, and 100% mortar joint repointing. Additional tasks encompassed window lintel replacement and waterproofing, parapets reconstruction, roof-level railing installation using a fluid-applied Kemper membrane, and fire escape repairs.
